No. The Heart of the City Dental membership is not dental insurance and is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act. Rather, it’s a direct membership between you and our dental team that provides included preventive care and savings on certain services without insurance paperwork, waiting periods, or claim approvals.
- Cosmetic treatments such as but not limited to Invisalign, bonding, veneers, and whitening
- Plan savings do not apply to certain procedures that are not offered at our practice. In this case, you may be referred to a specialist who does not participate in our plan.
- Office products
Memberships run for 12 consecutive months and are paid annually.
Plans automatically renew each year for uninterrupted care, but you can opt out at any time by calling us at (952) 890-2791 to cancel!
If you cancel, payments are not prorated.
Any treatment not included in the membership is due at the time of service.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If no services or discounts have been used, you may receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
