"The attention to detail is amazing. We are new to Heart of the City Dental and yesterday I was seen for the first visit to have a crown installed. I was quite nervous because of previous experience with pain during cavity fillings. Dr. Bruce was very helpful to put me at ease by testing the extent of the anesthetic prior to beginning the procedure. The procedure proceeded efficiently and painlessly with several educational opportunities along the way. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Dr. Bruce first thing in the morning to ask me how I was feeling and if I had any questions or concerns. This is not the experience I have come to expect but I am pleasantly surprised. Heart of the City Dental has certainly raised the bar on customer service."
